Juan R. Pita

Co-Chairman  

Juan is the Co-Chairman of RMW Accounting and Co-Founder of Eastfield Capital, an investment firm building leading businesses in the service sector by applying top-tier know how with a people first approach.  Prior to founding Eastfield, Juan was a Principal at Freeman Spogli, a leading investment firm focused on the consumer and distribution sectors, and held investing and operational improvement roles at Tower Three Partners and Bain Capital.  As a second- generation American, Juan is particularly passionate about creating impactful and rewarding professional opportunities for his teammates. He is also an avid salsa dancer and a devoted uncle.

Nick Vidnovic

Co-Chairman  

Nick is the Co-Chairman of RMW Accounting and Co-Founder of Eastfield Capital.  Prior to founding Eastfield, Nick was a Principal at Nautic Partners, a premier middle-market private equity firm. At Nautic, Nick he led the formation and growth of several leading outsourced service and human capital businesses, including ESS, HES, and the Tarian Group. Prior to Nautic, Nick held investing positions at Mill Road Capital and Bain Capital.  Nick lives outside Boston, MA with his wife and three children, and is involved in many community volunteering and coaching roles.

Luis E. Rivero Vazquez

President

Luis is the President of RMW Accounting, where he leads the firm’s growth with a focus on building strong client partnerships and empowering his team. With over 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, and M&A advisory, he is passionate about helping businesses and people succeed. Luis believes that trust, collaboration, and personalized service are key to delivering lasting results.

Cristina Velikopoljski

Director of Operations

Cristina combines extensive financial and operational expertise gained from her tenure at Goldman Sachs and other high-growth, acquisition-focused organizations. As Director of Operations, she plays a key role in optimizing firm-wide workflows, deploying scalable systems, and driving cross-office collaboration. Cristina is committed to delivering strategic value that enhances client success and empowers the professionals who serve them.

Sofia Pujol

Controller

Sofia brings deep financial knowledge from her time at Deloitte, where she served as an audit manager specializing in financial reporting for acquisitive professional services firms. As Controller, she focuses on consolidating financial reporting, implementing internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. She is passionate about building strong financial foundations that enable sustainable, impactful growth.

Raymond Saller

Vice President of Human Relations

Ray brings over three decades of human resources expertise, with the last 20 years dedicated to the CPA industry. In his role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ray leads firm-wide talent acquisition, drives the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs, and oversees learning and development initiatives designed to support a dynamic, growth-focused national CPA firm. Passionate about people and performance, Ray is committed to empowering employees and fostering professional growth across the organization.
