With over 15 years of experience across leading law firms and high-growth organizations, Karina is dedicated to building scalable systems that strengthen trust, enhance performance, and empower teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Active in the Miami community, Karina serves on the Board of the Women’s Fund Miami-Dade and is passionate about advancing women in leadership . Outside of work, she loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her husband and son in the Florida Keys.
